To generate awareness and uphold the integrity of vehicle testing by uniting government, industry, and the public under one goal: Clean Air, by harnessing technologies to eliminate smoke belching and greenhouse gases, for the protection of health and environment.

Our Vision

Realization of the true intent and purpose of the Philippine Clean Air Act through an honest and world-class inspection program. "Dahil ang malinis na hangin, ay Karapatan ng bawa’t isa sa atin."

Our Role in National Policy

As a major industry organization, PETCOA serves as the primary liaison with the following organizations:

Improving testing procedures and ensuring that "Roadworthiness" correctly includes "Emission Compliance" as mandated by law.
