PETCOA represents the owners and operators of Private Emission Testing Centers (PETCs) accredited by the DTI and authorized by the DOTr. We are dedicated to ensuring fair regulation and cleaner air for the Philippines.
PETCOA stands at a pivotal crossroads. Our association is not merely a collection of business owners; we are a collective of pioneers and trailblazers who recognize that the work we do within our testing bays has a direct impact on the air every Filipino breathes and the safety of every commuter on the road.
